4. Accuracy of Results

We work to follow the published style guidelines, but we make no guarantee that a generated citation is complete, correct, or suitable for your particular assignment. Automatically retrieved reference data may be incomplete or wrong. Always check each citation against the relevant official style manual and your institution’s requirements before relying on it.

5. Intellectual Property

The source code, interface, original text, graphics, branding, layout, and other protectable elements of the Site are owned by APACitation-Generator.com or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We do not claim ownership of the citation styles or referencing conventions identified on the Site. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our protected content without prior written permission, except for normal personal use of the tools.

6. Trademarks and No Affiliation

“APA” and related marks are trademarks of the American Psychological Association. Other names are used descriptively to identify commonly recognized citation or referencing formats.
